Bad Quality Veg, cling wrapped

I shop at food *****s regularly, about every weekend specifically the stir fry veg which I use for my diet, the use by dates are usually 3 to 4 days ahead of the day you purchase, the veg is cling wrapped, so often when you start cooking it, then you only realize it is actually off, this has happened quite a few times from access park food *****s.
