Bad produce

I shop there every week. At the beginning was wonderful. In the last 18 months or so the prices went up as much as the quality rolled down. Especially the fruits are much under a quality that would suggest respect and care for the many customers. It seems to me that the fruit is frozen or treated to look good until they get home where one discovers the rotten fruit. It happened many times. I complained and proved with photos. Some two weeks ago I found, in a 1 1/2 kg apples bad no less than 6 ( six) rotten apples. Those I took picture. Others I didn’t, like the Never Riping Peaches and Plums, or the yellow tailed lettuce leaves, or the potatoes beautiful outside but not inside. I wrote. I was called by a gentleman called James, at Hillfox branch. When offered to be reimbursed or replaced I refused. What I want, I said, was to see that this sort of *****ing from people disappears. That we can buy good quality of produce at reasonable prices. Didn’t quite get an answer to that. Last Sunday afternoon,10/22/2017, I went shopping again. Opened the bags and I saw that out of six oranges, four were rotten, as you can see in the picture. My three beautiful covered with dew eggplants from Sunday, Monday were about a quarter rotten. If you say “buy somewhere else” I’ll say to you. All fruit in the SA are bad. I know that we have great fruit in the country, but where is it ? Probably overseas, and the ******* is sold tu us.
