Bad management skills
I am a regular customer of Food *****s Market in the Norwood Mall and frequent the restaurant quite often. I had a complaint today and called the manager and he (can't remember his name) said \that's the way we make it"(Chocolate Chilla). Now I have had many chocolate chillas there before and this one tasted disgusting"
