bad management overall

This is the third bad experience I have had visiting this business. The first is the entrance is badly sign posted at the main door and then the other windows facing into the mall are blanked out with no signage (not easy to find). So at the entrance there are no trolleys, after asking the security for a trolley he said i must search the car park, I went to the manager and this took 10 minutes to respond before he went searching in the car park and brought me one with no apology but you could see hewas very unhappy doing this. The last straw was buying pork crackling on the 18th Jan 2022 with expired date of 29 of Jan. It was stale with mould growing on it that was not visible before opening, it was clearly old stock that was remarked and it felt like rubber when i tried to break it in half.
