Bad info

This is a week late because I have been debating if I should address this or not.

I have decided that the treatment I got at your Tokai branch last week sunday was unacceptable.

I was there doing my monthly shopping, taking advantage of the R50 specials. I asked a lady at the bakery if there was stock of the wraps that were on special, she said no. I then asked if I could do a rain check. She informed me that the sale ends today and that I could not do that. I told her that that isn't how rain checks work, she just gave me a blank look.

I walked away as I didn't feel like dealing with people that won't even let me talk something through. I wasn't being rude or aggressive, I just wanted some info.

I think that this is terrible behaviour to a loyal customer.
