Bad Fresh Produce

It is so frustrating to shop in this store when they have specials. Blueberries 4 for R49 great but could not find not one packet that looked fresh and had no mould in it. Finally gave up and moved on to the strawberries. 2 for R50 they looked good at a quick glance. They were soggy underneath and absolutely disgusting. Broccoli R10 great price we eat that at least 3 times a week. So buy the special but by the time you want to cook the 3 rd one it is off. It’s frustrating because we eat at their restaurant in Northrand Road and the food is great but the fresh produce is so bad. So now we travel from having breakfast or lunch there to Edenvale to Apple Tree to buy our fresh produce there as the quality is better. Crazy don’t you think especially when management has been made aware of this
