Bad food and Bad customer service

I went to food *****s market Nicolway this morning to buy breakfast. I bought mixed fruits and chicken wrap. however as i was eating i found a very long plastic in the wrap and the meat was not that fresh, i stopped eating as a plastic inside food is a health hazard, i then decided to eat the fruit salad, as i continued eating I found a piece of rotten pineapple, I immediately stopped eating and put the food aside. During lunch hour at around 1pm, i decided to go and lay a complain about what i found, I got there with a very kind and polite spirit, and the first lady(african) in Red shirt showed empathy and apologized about the matter and went on to call the manager. The male manager(white) did not even greet me, I had to greet him first then explained the situation as i was about to show him the fruits, he rudely interrupted me and said "follow me" as i followed him, he called the female chef (If i remember correctly her name is Annikie or Annelie) who i suppose prepared the wrap and told her that there is a plastic in the wrap and her response was "give her a refund" no apology, no empathy, i left there even more disappointed than i was when i was going . Please improve your customer service, a customer is a customer in spite of their race and how much you underestimate them.
