BAD FISH FROM FOOD*****S MARKET HILLFOX
Purchased 2 packs of Fresh Snoek from Food*****s Market Hillfox on 29th April. Both packs each dated 1st and 2nd May. After braaing and eating the fish my entire family was down with what seems to be seafood poisoning. Symptoms included extreme headaches, red, hot itchy skin, upset tummies, diarrhea and fever. My family is still not fully recovered. Never to buy fresh produce from Food*****s Market again!!!

13 May 2023, 15:00Thank you to the safety manager, Chunh Bondomale at FLM Hillfox who was genuinely concerned about my family's well being.
He contacted me telephonically to request for me to come to the branch for processing of a refund.
I visited FLM Hillfox today and was pleasantly surprised when I was told not only will they refund me for the snoek, but credit me a second transaction for the total, which resulted in me being refunded double the amount spent on the fish.
Thank you to the management team at FLM Hillfox for assisting with the refund and ensuring my family was compensated for the bad experience and illnesses caused to my family as a result of the food poisoning.
