BAD EXPERENICE AT FOOD*****S BOKSBURG AND IN GENERAL

Morning I bought 4x 6 packs of milk around 3 weeks ago - we had issues with the lids of the milk on each milk really coming off and spilling. I have kids so it was a messy situation. I thought let me complain and I could not find "Food *****s Boksburg" on line. I then called your head office spoke to Elize in your complaints department, she said she would call me back which never happen I put the issue on line to with pics. I called again after a few days and she said would send me an email to take to the store to collect 1 x 6 pack as I never kept my slip. She said just to go and speak to management - she would inform them. I stay in Benoni so only go through once a month or so, I then went through on 27th July and no management seemed to know about my issue spoke to Chantelle on the floor and then she call Lurock and he was extremely loud and rude saying no one else has complained and he needs my slip. I explained that I had put this on line and called head office he still said he now will have to pay for this 6 pack. I mean really my trolly was full and I have bought so much at this Food *****s, my kids are teenagers and were so embarrassed we all just left so fast - I was then charged for the milk which Chantell had to get fixed. what a terrible experience.
