Bad customer service

In the 2th Jan I went shopping at food *****s, I went to the butchery and stood in the queue to buy meat. Standing for quite a while and following the queue the gentleman by the name of Previous or so I was told asked me if I was in the queue to which I rep**** yes. He proceeded to serve other customers that were at the back of the line and totally ignored me. I asked him if he was ever going to attend to me and still ignored me. Eventually another employee came from the back and assisted me... I'm utterly disappointed with the service I received
