Bad customer service

I bought prawns at Food *****s Lenasia for Easter which is in two weeks. The person working in that department asked if he could clean it and I said yes, however I was unaware that I couldn't freeze it again afterwards. Like I said, I bought it for Easter. I then spoke to the till supervisor and she in plain word told me that there's nothing that can be done and they can't lose money
