Bad customer service

Food *****s had a special on Colgate toothpaste for R9.99. Went to the Westgate branch and Cradlestone branch. There was no stock. Asked supervisor was told to write my details and they will call me when stock arrive. After a week of no response I was at cradlestone mall and went to find out. Was then told that they don't keep toiletries. Must go to Hilfox branch. Like really, know that special is over how can I go to Hillfox branch. I should have been told this earlier. Clearly senior staff have no idea what is kept in the store. Why do we write our details in the book if no one checks and provide feedback. If they did they could have let me know while sale was still on and I could have went to Hilfox food *****s.
