Bad Customer service

I just went to Food *****s in Bank City and got served by Thandeka who was very ******** and rude, she stoped taking my Schwarma order and went to get an older lady who than took my order. I told her the Thandeka lady had taken my order and she said she was helping me now and if I still wanted to order in a very condescending rude tone. Both ladies were just rude and not patient with my mom and I as we made our order, and it's not the first time, those ladies taking Schwarma orders are always very rude even when my colleagues and come during lunch. Those ladies need customer service training.
