bad customer service

on the 26-01-2018 i went to food *****s for my family fruits and vegies. on my way to McDonald a guy was following me and asking for their trolly cause the store was closed. i was so dissappointed cause i bought staff from them and i left with the trolly and no one told me to leave it cause the store was closing. the trolly guy took my staff and put it down on the floor telling me that am with their trolly at another store and i didn't understand what was wrong with that cause i was shopping at the same shopping centre. the guy was so rude and he told me if that trolly disappears he will pay R1500 for it. it was a big scene at McD because of his disrespectful behaviour.
