Bad chicken, great service

I bought a bag of whole chickens at the Tokai branch on 29/09/21. When the bag was opened at home, we nearly passed out from the smell coming out of it. I immediately took it back to the shop and was directed to the butchery manager (Shaun). Shaun was very apologetic and, without hesitation, replaced the chicken and also gave some extra. I was upset that I had to make another trip to the shop but I have to commend Shaun for his excellent customer service.
