bad bitter taste from this store

I visited the store in vredenberg west coast mall on 31/1/2022and had to wait for 1/2 hour because the barcodes on the meat were not registering at the till asked for the managerMr Mathews Mitawbo he refused to listern to my complaint and told me to leave his store the security came i refused to leave without his name they gave me his name and i left. Iam not used to having to hold up a line of customers for therebad labling or price on goods Ihad to miss a important meating that morning. I see this as bad management of this storehope they do something about it as soon as possible before they loose all customers.
