Bad bad attitude

Good day I went into Food *****s Lenasia. As I got in I noticed the Manager and I went to him to tell him that he must inform the food department to please supply me with fresh roasted chicken. The reason I did that is because I had 2 bad experiences with the chickens. 1 was old just warmed up put into the bag and left on shelf for customers to purchase them. So when I got home and found out it was old and reheated. My children was very upset. The 2nd time the chicken was not cleaned inside properly. There was something small still inside and roasted. So when I got into Food *****s Lenasia on Saturday the 25 March and spoke to Logan to ensure the chicken was indeed fresh. Well my word this guy does not even give me a chance he speaks over me. I told him to hear me out. Then he goes on saying YA, YA, YA,. Thats is how a manager speaks to a customer. I was very shocked at his bad bad attitude. I just walked away. This is not the first time he has done something with a (Dont care a dam) attitude. Please please someone speak to thos person because he extremely manners. Thank you in advance Vanessa
