Bad Attitude - Chilli On Top Sunninghill - Philly

I contacted the store on Friday 8 January 2016 @ 15:20 to speak to the store manager Matt and the lady that picked up the phones name is Philly or Philadasia who reports to Anna Zulu and while I was on hold I could her the lady ,making jokes in the back ground and imitating me as to how I spoke on the phone.<br> <br> I feel that this is completely unacceptable as this is extremely bad manners she does not know who I am and if this is the type of service that the staff gives clients that call the store. I then spoke to a lady by the name of Mosina who was kind enough to give me details of the person that I spoke to before she had came to the phone to take over the call.<br> <br> I would like a sincere apology in writing from the Philadasia regarding the pathetic service i got from her and I would like for her to be delt with so that going forward she would know how to answer the phone professionally and so that the next customer that deals with her will not have to experience this type of poor service.<br> <br> Im a huge fan of the Food *****s Markets Across South Africa and pathetic staff members like Philly will not stop me from purchasing from your store. I also hope that the matter will be addressed.
