Bad apples at Food *****s Market

I bought fruit at Food *****s Market Kenilworth last week. The next day I found all the fruit was bad on the inside, despite me hand picking it myself at the store where it didn't have any visible defects on the outside. Furthermore, what is dissapointing and concerning is that I brought this to the attention of the store via email (including a scanned copy of the till slip) and a week later no one has even bothered to respond to my email. Quality control and customer service seems to be lacking at this store. I will not spend my hard earned money there anymore.
