Appalling Pathetic Service

On Saturday 19/06/2021 I went to food *****s market in Dobsonville looking for their fruit special oranges and nartjies for R49 I spoke to the manager who told me they don't have however we later got them in the store. Today 24/06/21 I go to the very same store I buy 2 pockets of oranges and I order a regular fruit salad was told I cant get the fruit salad as they out of regular packaging, I asked the lady to put it in a container and give the same scale for regular she told me I need to speak to the manager regarding that who they paged and never came down I waited for about 30 minutes waiting for him to come down and never did I explained to the lady that am still on duty and she told me its not her problem with attitude is this the service we entitled to because we stay in Soweto if it was other stores in suburban areas we wouldn't be treated like this. I bought airtime and called the store while waiting for Armstrong the manager and asked to speak to him I then told him that am downstairs waiting to speak to him he told me a long story about orders eventually he came down sorted the packaging issue and walked away before I could tell him the other issue. we are sick and tired of the pathetic appalling service we receiving we requesting to be treated with respect and dignity as customers or we will boycott the store we are human we deserve to be treated as such and not belittled because we from Soweto.
