I always have a great experience at the Tokai branch, hence why I am always in the store. I would like to commend Ronel Fredericks for going over and beyond what was expected of her. It is service like this that keeps me coming back to the store.

It is not the 1st time that I had an issue and had to rely on Ronel for assistance. She is a true asset to the company, I just want to say thank you for the amazing customer service you always provide and always being so friendly, many stores and staff can really learn a lot from you.
