Advertising something that they don't have

Food *****s had a promotion where on every R100 you spend you get a stamp and you will buy for example a cheese board for R39.99 you should have 5 stamps.

I went to Comaro crossing to buy that board and I was told they don't have. The cashier advised that I must check Alberton . I went to the following stores,Bedford,Sandton and could not find it. I then contacted customer care yesterday in order for them to tell me where I can find it and the msg on their line is leave your number we will call you.To date no one contacted me. My question did they ever have these boards 🤔 or it was a way of advertising lies? Can somebody contact me to explain. To advertise something you don't have is ******* there is platform to report this. I have already spend more than R39.99 . Please note that I did not go to Alberton as I was no longer sure if I find it.

If on their advert they had said limited, I would have understood but they did not have limits.
