Abuse of Staff members and belittling them - Horrible shopping experience

I have had the worst experience at the Food *****s Market at The Reef in Wadeville, Germiston today. One of the cashiers was serving me with tears in her eyes, and when i asked what was wrong, she told me she had been standing for hours because she is not allowed to sit down when there are no customers. The cashiers are forced to stand even when there are no customers. The seats have been removed and placed in a corner and no one is even allowed to lean against the side of the till. Most of these women risk their lives on a daily basis, walking for many Km's, across the terrain and bushes at odd hours of the morning, to get to their minimum wage Jobs. After all that walking, they are now forced to stand for many hours.

This is an abuse of employees and makes our shopping experience absolutely **********. I would stay away from that store.
