Absolutely Useless and Pathetic Service

I ordered 70 x carrot slices for collection 09/09/17, collected my good and the cakes at the bottom were damaged and four were short. Philip the beanch manager for westwood mall advised i could collect the short fall on sunday. I pitch up there and he accuses me and his staff that I am lying and they do not have the cakes ready, after a struggle he agreed to have this ready on Tuesday, on Tuesday I called and he said only saturday. He further accused me of lying and I called the headoffice and Spoke to Bonita in Cape town, she assured me my order will be ready today, I called today and again was told I am lying and my balance must be collected on Saturday, I need them today!!! I called the headoffice and requested to speak to Bonita or Bonita's superior and Aqila put me on hold saying here she is. I was put on hold for a long while and after much aggitation I cut the call and and called back. Aqila again denied that she said she is putting me through. Such Pathetic service. and this is the headoffice. Whatever happened to customer is king??? I want the Food *****s Group Owner to call me. I dont care how petty this may seem, to me this was urgent and very pathetic of food *****s staff
