3 BAD experiences at FL Cafe - Use to be very good....Not anymore!

This pertains to your Food *****'s Market Cafe in your FLM at the Hillfox Power Center branch in Roodepoort/Weltevredenpark.

Three separate incidents.

First was last year July - Ordered food,received the wrong order TWICE and waited ages between the 'sorry,we'll sort it out' moments - ultimately I told them to leave it and ate the lunch that I DIDN'T ORDER.All in all, close to an hour wait,wrong food TWICE and then we waited even longer for the bill.

Then in December last year - same story - went in for something to eat with my business partner,got the food,NOT what we ordered at all. Orered coffee and it took nearly 20 min to get coffee.. Attitudes were horrible.....

Then again TODAY...... Sigh..... My wife came out of hospital,with HEAVY meds - so she needed to eat before going back to work (her clients aren't veryu understading to health issues) and she can only have her meds after eating something. So we sat down to lunch - quickly in passing a waitress very gruffly says 'I'll serve you now'...We wait 10 minutes....she finally and very annoyed,takes our order of coffee and easy dishes... We wait another 10 mins for coffee...At this point people walk in,sit down,order and get their orders and coffee...30 min in,we're still waiting for our easy orders.....I decide to talk to the manager and say that they must cancel our order rather,as it's nearly 40 mins for a breakfast swarma and calamari...She goes into the kitchen to check up on the order,even though I said I won;t accpet it anymore, and low and behold it's not done! So she said she'll comp our drinks and we leave....

It's REALLY bad! They use to be fast,fresh and convenient...

Horrible service and waitresses are annoyed,constntly have a ****ed of demeanor and don't do what they should.....
