Unhygienic and nonprofessional

I bought a quarter chicken with chips. The meal had no salt, when I asked for it, the staff only coldly told me that they don't have it. I continued to eat that meal but as if that was not enough I found a strip of chips with hair.

I reported and showed the white guy who seemed to be in charge.

He took it to the kitchen and that's all he did no apology, no explanation nothing until I decided to leave the restaurant.
