Disgusting service

Never in one’s life have I met such rude obnoxious staff such as the staff working at Big Joe Berea. The lady who was serving us literally covered her ears and started making silly sounds as I was advising her of my order and all this was because I had requested her how to process my order and she threw a fit which started with a rude “nxah”

I can tell you for free that I will never set foot in that store again nor encourage anyone to risk being treated in the manner I was by a lady whom I believe is Thando
