Bad, bad service

<p>I bought a clothing item from this mail order company that advertises on Face Book. When the item arrived I could see that it was far too small. I had asked for XL, and what I received was, according to the measurements that I did, medium</p> <p>I emailed them and asked to exchange the item. This is the reply that I received:</p> <p>"Unfortunately, because of the pricing, we do not allow refunds/exchanges on these orders. I am sorry but all sales are final. If you decide to order a different size, I would be happy to give you a 50% discount with your new order. Thanks for your understanding."</p> <p>So, no replacement, even though the error was theirs! And they offered me the privilege of getting a replacement at 50% discount. I decided to cut my losses and bin my purchase.</p> <p>Be warned - do not buy from this company.</p>
