Unsatisfactory Feedback

I am not really satisfied with either the service or the feedback they have provided. Foneyam promised to call me back but they failed dismally nstead Foneyam sent me SMS dated 7 January 2025 that says 'Hello, FoneYam Ref No.FON-4940-logged for investigation. Expect feedback within 48 business working days.We appreciate your patience.FoneyaYam Customer Service".Imagine I have waited the whole December and now another two half months waiting for matter to be resolved. I have exhausted all my patience It is long wait indeed. I just want my money back period.
