UNRESOLVED QUERY FOR THE PAST 3 Months
I decided to write a BAD REVIEW EVERYDAY UNTIL I am given a new phone..... I will do it everyday, and if you keep saying you are attending my query as you have been since April 2025, I have fully paid for a useless phone that I am not able to use... PLEASE GIVE ME ATTENTION

Your calls are recorded I dont know why you are not listening to the conversation of Saturday 6th June when a lady called me to say I will get a call from the Manager to discuss the final decision about the phone and giving me a new phone...
