UNPROFESSIONALISM OF CLAIMS HANDELING AND CALL CENTRE STAFF

they deserve no star at all. The call centre agents are very unhelpful and unprofesional as they take our calls whilst screaming and having personal chats in the background. As a frustrated client that had lost their device after submitting all the documentations required all i got is an automated email with no reference number and a turnaround time of 30 days whilst my account is paid monthly and up to date . VERY POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
