Unprofessional and lake of client service

This people are playing games with me they blocked my phone on the 28th last month hands my agreement with them was on 7th of every month so I did made a payment on on the 2nd now they are telling me that I must pay again on the 7th of April. This company they are taking me for a ride seriously
