Unhappy client

This company is the worse company i ever experienced in my whole life, their service is so pathetic and unprofessional. I wrote my review in this platform about 3 weeks ago, they have never contacted me. All they were saying was that they been trying to call me but i did not see even the missed call in my phone. Im confused and frustrated i don't know what happened to the phone ive app**** for my daughter, they took it on 7 March 2025,it was submitted to PEP in Winkespruit, and they said it would take 62 weeks but its way more than that, they not calling, you trying to phone their call center its a mission im tired the only option i have now is Consumer Protection Act because i don't know what to do. People should not fall for this company its not worth your money.
