Unhappy client

This is heartbreaking, Foneyam should do something about their sales people, So on the 13 th of June2025 I went to Pep store to buy a phone, found someone who was willing to help me , even chose a phone for me and convinced me to buy it until i gave in, I wish I had done my research earlier now I'm regretting because he told me all I have to do is pay deposit which was R1050, then after 7 days I must pay 210, thereafter my installments will be R435 a month for 12 months then phone Wil be mine, nothing was mentioned with renting a phone, he only told me that if it happens that I manage to pay for for phone in few months the phone will be mine but I won't be insured, he gave me number to call for negotiations to make installments higher so I can finish fast paying, m so heartbroken to the fact that he was not honest by telling me, I'm renting a phone, I don't want to rent a phone because this phone now will cost more if I rent it and buy after 12 months I might end up pay close to 10K when this phone is worth R3500 cash, Fone yam had do something, this thing of misleading clients not right,so now what do I do wait for 12 months to buy or get penalty for canceling early loosing money for being misled, not fair at all
