Undisclosed fees

Last year at the beginning of December I bought a phone from Ackerman's in Diepsloot. I paid all the necessary fees and was told I will have to pay for 12 months, which I did. Now I am receiving a message telling me I must pay a R263 plus R29 so I can own the phone. My 12 months was in November. I am surprised I still have to pay for the 13th month
