09 Jul 2025, 17:15So we went to numerous shops, where foneyam representatives are working.Some of them take their work serious and can give advice and information others knew nothing about nothing, I purchase the phone just to realize the informatio was not truthfull
I tried to cancel purchased phone just to hear I must pay 300r to reverse transaction and than I still would not get my deposit back...My question ...Is this how much worth your clients are. Give your representatives enough education because the are the middle man between you and client because at the moment your word means nothing
