THEY LIE AND GIVE THE WORST SERVICE.

Purchased a phone through Foneyam on the 24th of December. Paid all fees due. Went back on the 28th as the phone wasn't charging from the time of getting it. They tried another device in the pep store which gave the same issue. The store phoned foneyam, emailed them, and contacted the manager at foneyam. Each of them telling a different lie. I was promised a refund within 1 hour, that never happened. I was promised that i could take a phone of a different brand. That never happened. I was eventually told that I can't get a refund or a different phone even tho its in the 7 day period, I have to pay them R264 and return the phone to cancel. I am now sitting with a 3rd phone of the same brand that is not working. Zero help. And just a bunch of lies and broken promises from foneyam DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY
