Stay away!! Horrible company

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. Absolutely appauled by how they resolve customer queries, zero resolutions, poor communication and lack of customer service. It's close to 3 weeks now my query is still not being resolved, a query that was supposedly to be resolved in 48hrs according to their TAT. No updates, instead they will tell you they are waiting for feedback. Why are they not asking for feedback if they can see a client is calling everyday out of frustration? The error was is their fault and I have to suffer from that, for a service I paid for but not even enjoying? I don't understand whether the escalations team is In Mars or another planet where they are unable to give a response or resolve a client query promptly especially if you are told your matter is high priority. The bad reviews iv read, are all true because wow I am stunned at the customer service I am receiving from these people. Failing to assist, they should just refund me because this is all nonsense!!
