Someone help me get back my phone from Foneyam Repairs, it's been too long

This random day I'm busy with my phone and then it suddenly froze, some minutes after freezing itself the screen went off, cool. The next day I took to the store where I bought it, but before going there I called Foneyam Offices to complain and they told me to take it to the store where I bought it, fine I went there. When I got there they told me that they will take to Repairs after 30 days I'll a feedback call. I took it to the store on the 13th of February 2026 I think 30 days ended on the 15th of March if I'm not mistaken, it's April 10 today I haven't received any feedback. What ****es me the most is that, they said I have to continue paying for it, how can I pay for something that I'm not using. I got only one month left for me to pay, I'm not gonna pay for it, coz now I think they are waiting for me to complete my payment and then after they will call and say "the faults was on my side so I have to fix it myself" of which that is not the truth. That phone never fell on the ground nor water it was working perfectly fine until that day. So I'm not gonna pay for this last month I'm left with, until I receive a feedback from, if I'm getting a new phone or what.
