So my phone got ****** which I took from phoneyam,I reported it ****** then I mailed them the documents they needed for the ****** phone claim . they send me a message with a reff number(*** to collect my replacement device..I called them
This is so tiring now..been going back and forth for a week now.i dont think I'll work with these people anymore.yes their discounts are good for us who can't afford cash phones.but the service ..NO NO.
