Samsung AO5s Purchased at Ackermans Vaalgate

*Foneyam is a ***** I recently purchased a device using foneyam. I was misled and told that this works the same as a laybuy, the only difference with foneyam is that you get to take the device home after paying the deposit, then you can settle the outstanding amount of the original price of the device within a period of 12 months. I was never granted an opportunity to read through and comprehend the terms and conditions before signing the contract. When i make contact to their head office, you get rude consultants and irrelevant Feedbacks on emails. I was told that if I don't pay the device it will be locked and I won't be able to use it and if I return it I won't get a refund, irregardless of the fact that I was misled. I would like to return the device and get my refund or at least allow me to pay off the outstanding balance of the original price of the device and keep the device as this was a verbal agreement with your agent at Ackermans Vaal gate on the 10th of August 2024 when I was purchasing the device.
