Reopening on my Approved Claim
I made an insurance claim on the 10th and was approved on the 13th of April and on the 14th I went to pay the outstanding balance and the R15 fee since it was my last but when I was time to claim they told me it was cancelled , I played my part my paying every outstanding money so I don't understand why the claim was cancelled I even got the reference number so please reactivate my claim.
it's even strange cause per foneyam' policy its said that once a lost claim is approved you are entitled to a replacement device as long as all outstanding payments are made , I'm so disappointed I'm really not Okey yho.
