I took the phone for my daughter end of Jan 2025, she only used it for February, and early March 2025 it was locked by Foneyam company, she couldn't login FYI - I advanced the monthly fee with one month, (12 year contract), so im not behind interms of payment, I went back where signed the contract from PEP store in Oribi Plaza Port Shepstone, they could not assist, they said I must tell my daughter to take it to the nearest PEP for a repair, I didn't get explanation why was that, i then asked my daughter to take it to the nearest store as they advised which is PEP Winkespruit, the phone is gone almost 30 days, I emailed Foneyam people, and they confirmed via email that it takes 21 days before i get it back, but even now the phone is not back? They are no longer responding to my email, so I need to be assisted to get this phone back as soon as possible, I called PEP Winkespruit today and I asked how can go about cancelling this service cos it's more of a ****, the guy responded by saying "its impossible " no explanation and he dropped the call, people should not fall for this ****.
