I want my refund and i am sick of calling and not getting anyhelp

This is literally worse than an inconvenience you guys do no know hos to treat your customers and i really don't understand why should i be disrespected like this . The person that was supposed to call md never did and you have no idea how far yal took this and you guys are going to pay and this is a lesson so that you stop treating customers with disrespect. This has been over 3 days now and you have hurt my child to with all this. You guys was very *********** and inconsiderate of me and worse its not my fault yal dis not unlock my device and now you are refusing to give me my refund all you are doing is fighting with me and bwing disrespectful. You will pay for this and i mean it

I have been disrespected and you have made me feel less of a customer i never want anything to do with you sick people and i was going to take a phone for my older daughter and my husband was going to take a phone but nah we wont anymore they will go with payjoy as for me once this is done never ever again you abused me enough
