Poor service landed by foneyami

I really had a bad experience with fone yam egents telephonically, spoke to sisanda she was so rude I even tried to humble my self , the information that she request I was asking my husband because his the one that is using and paying ...she shouting me.. I should stop.asking my husband even if my the phone is undery name , I don't even know deep about the phone my husband is using it and paying , she told me she will hang up I don't know how fone yam egents are trained but she even refused to prove me with her surname , poor service
