Poor service

I have put in a claim for lost phone with supporting documents The least foneyam can do is provide feedback that they have received the documents, now one has to wonder if the documents have been received and if the claim was approved This is totally unacceptable that one has to wait 30 working days 🙄 without any correspondence from foneyam If you call them everyone gives you the same story of 39 days no one can tell you if your claim has been received
