Poor service

I went to nearest PEP store to collect the device and pay I sont know what error was ade by the store that we had to cancel the contract and be refunded which was sent through instant voucher when I went to withdraw its has expired been calling them telling me to wait 48hrs today was told the voucher is active but still when withdrawing still can't withdraw.... I dnt even what to continue with this contract.. the incident happened on the 27.11.2024 today it's the 4th of December still nothing
