Phone unable to unlock even though I have paid off my account

I have been so frustrated with Foneyam that for 2 months my phone was locked even though I had done paying for my phone. Foneyam. I struggled from July with Foneyam, the kept on saying I should send screenshots as well as videos to show them what the phone was doing, I did that but they couldn't assist me at all. There's a consultant by the name Berlina Dlokweni Hu tried her level best to assist me but still she couldn't succeed as on a daily basis for almost 2 months we were just been send from pillar to post by her support team. Even sumsung couldn't assist after I was referred to them. My phone was still locked. Last week I was given a pin to put in my phone in them trying to unlock my phone but that did not assist at all. There's a group of disgruntled consumers of foneyam Hu experienced the same thing I experienced with my phone and all of them have still not yet been assisted others their problems Runs back to march 2025. One lady mentioned in our Facebook group that in order for me to have my phone unlock I need to buy a brand new SIM card that has not been used at all. I did that yesterday n guess what, it worked..now my phone is unlocked and working but I am still not yet happy with Foneyam because they couldn't assist me with my case. Imagine finishing paying for your fone n it just gets blocked and there's absolutely nothing that they can do to assist us as their clients. I had planned to take my second phone with Foneyam but I doubt after the frustrations I had to go thru because of them
