Phone being locked

I bought my Samsung A04e phone at Ackermans in February this year. Now I get messages that reads: "Warning - Your device is about to be locked as it has mot been able to communicate with the internet, please connect to WI-FI or Network" At the bottom it says call device control on ***.

I do have data and I have been having data in my phone. My phone was locked before. I called Vodacom and they can't assist. I called the number ***and was promised that an SMS will be sent to my Sim and all should be fine but the message is still there and my phone is going to be locked I know..

The number when I check on Google it belongs to a company called FoneYam. This phone is not a contract phone and I bought it cash. I'm really passed off about this service. Someone must do something.
