Payment messages even though I paid

I pay on the 28th every month but this month i have been getting constant messages saying i have to pay today or my phone will be switched off.why though cause I don't have arrears nor do i jump any of my payments.hai guys i trusted you but this is not on.

I would love to change my rating to 5 star,reason being i called and they explained the reason why i was getting the messages and got a call from them checking if everything was sorted out.now that is an awesome customer service and yes I will continue recommending foneyam to others as well.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
